After downloading tor via the above link configure it.
IP Port: 10.199.212.2 or 10.199.212.8 Port: 8080
Leave username and Passwork tab blank
Use http and not https, then check my firewall only
allow some setting ports, and add 8080, and remove 443
Save and exit. Then configure your browser for proxy
With localhost or 127.0.0.1 then port number 8118.
